左圖是今天Chef Demo的Tranche aux fruits (Puff pastry tart with fruit) 水果酥皮派, 右邊是我實習課作的, 剩下的麵糰切成小圓形狀搭上一顆酒漬櫻桃. 酥皮真的是百搭的好麵糰啊! 鹹的甜的都好吃, 問題是熱量也真不少, 一層麵糰一層奶油疊起來的千層酥皮.... 一口咬下的酥脆聲音, 落的四處都是的酥皮屑屑... yummy~ 好好吃
